On 30 April 2021, Nyfosa AB (“Nyfosa”) issued senior unsecured green bonds in an amount of SEK 1,000,000,000 under a framework of SEK 2,000,000,000 (the “Bonds”). Under the terms and conditions of the Bonds, Nyfosa has undertaken to apply for admission to trading of the Bonds on the sustainable bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm. For the purpose of the admission to trading, Nyfosa has prepared a listing prospectus which has been approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority today. Nyfosa will submit an application for admission to trading of the Bonds and the first listing day on Nasdaq Stockholm is expected to be on or about 2 June 2021.
