ENERGY-SAVING MEASURES MAKING A DIFFERENCE
Nyfosa works continuously with various projects to reduce the company’s energy consumption and carbon emissions. Key areas for this are, for example, reviews of heating, cooling, lighting and ventilation based on the needs of the tenants and the properties. By looking at each individual building’s energy-related improvement potential, we can make a big difference.
In the Riksdalern 3 property in Karlstad, Nyfosa completed a project that reduces energy consumption by more than 500,000 kWh annually, corresponding to a reduction of more than 40 percent, at the same time as the property’s energy class was improved.
