Nyfosa acquires properties at a total value of MSEK 826

 

Nyfosa has acquired properties at a total value of MSEK 826 in three separate transactions. In total, the company has acquired eight properties in Järfälla, Malmö, Härnösand and Sundsvall.

 

Nyfosa has through three separate transactions acquired five properties with a total value of MSEK 826. The properties, which are located in Järfälla, Malmö, Härnösand and Sundsvall, have an area of approximately 51,916 square meters in total and an annual rental value of MSEK 70.5. Among the largest tenants there are Järfälla kommun, Didaktus Skolor, Gunnar Karlsen Sverige AB and Domstolsverket. The average remaining lease term amounts to 3.8 years. The occupancy rate amounts to 92 percent. Financial closing date for the properties in Malmö was on November 25, 2019 and closing date for the remaining properties is on December 1, 2019. The acquisitions are financed through own cash, utilization of existing credit facility and borrowing of new credit.
